For good online business we need valuable domains with existing traffic, relevant inbound links. It’s hard to find a good domain, but it is much easier when you know on what depends domain’s value.

• Indexed pages;
• Directory listing;
• Type in traffic possibility;
• Popular Blog links;
• Dictionary entries;
• Advertising with & without TLD;
• Is domain Black listed;
• Domain age.

Domain’s value dependance from TLD
Also, domain’s value depends from TLD. Comparing the same exact domain, but different TLDs - most valuable are .com domains, .net domains have 60% of .com domain’s value, and .org domains have only 30% of .com domain’s value. Other TLDs like .us, .biz, .eu, .info are not so valuable, because of lower demand and scalability.
